EL PLAN HIDRAULICO EN LA CIUDAD DE BUENOS AIRES
El Plan Hidráulico de obras tiene por objeto disminuir la vulnerabilidad del sistema actual de colección de aguas pluviales y sus riesgos inherentes. Este plan fue presentado a la Legislatura Porteña en 1998 por el Ingeniero Nicolás Gallo, a cargo de la entonces Secretaría de Producción y Servicios del G.C.B.A.
